The Best 15 min Workout

I’ve heard folks say “I don’t have time to exercise.” Although I may sound harsh, I absolutely call bullshit. You 100% have time to exercise you simply chose not to. Let’s call a spade a spade boo. You have time to scroll socials, or create a finsta to stalk your ex. I guarantee you have 15 minutes every day to complete some bout of exercise if you choose to.   Everyone has time. 

Here is my favorite 15 minute cardio type exercise. What’s great about it is that you don’t really need any equipment, just footwear and some space.  


The workout:

30 seconds increased speed it can be walking as fast as you can, it can be a run but not quite a sprint. 


You follow with 30 seconds of slower movement, walking slower or jogging. 


The point is: there needs to be a change in speed for 30 seconds. Think of it as feeling a bit uncomfortable for 30 seconds.  You get to rest after each speed up. 


There should be a bit of difference in the speed for each 30 seconds, first increase speed and hold for 30 seconds, then slow the pace for 30 seconds.  Do this for 15 minutes and move on with your day. 


What’s great about this structure is you can work in any exercise you like.  If you wanted to make it more strength based you could alternate between squats and push ups for 30 seconds. It’s essentially 30 seconds of work with 30 seconds of rest.
